Refund policy

Return Policy:

  1. Flat-packed and Factory-Sealed Products:

    • We offer a 30-day return policy for all flat-packed and factory-sealed products, provided they meet the following conditions:
      • The product has not been opened, tampered with, or damaged.
      • The original factory seal is intact.
    • To initiate a return, please contact Cabinet World Plus within 30 days of receiving the product.
    • Returns will not be accepted if the product has been opened, the seal is broken, or the product is damaged.
  2. Non-Returnable Products:

    • For all other products that are not flat-packed and factory-sealed, we have a strict no-return policy.
    • These products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Customer Responsibility:

  1. Inspection Upon Arrival:

    • It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect all cabinets and related products immediately upon delivery.
    • Check for any visible damage to the packaging and the products inside.
  2. Reporting Damage:

    • If you discover any damage or defects that appear to have occurred during shipping, you must report this to Cabinet World Plus within 48 hours of receiving the product.
    • Contact us via our email at info@cabinetworldplus.com to report the damage.
    • Provide detailed information about the damage, including photographs of the affected items and packaging, as well as your order number.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. Failure to Inspect and Report:

    • Failure to inspect and report any damage within the 48-hour window will result in the forfeiture of any claims for repair, replacement, or compensation for the damaged products.
    • Cabinet World Plus is not responsible for any damage reported after the 48-hour period.
  2. Resolution Process:

    • Once damage has been reported within the stipulated timeframe, Cabinet World Plus will review the claim and, if approved, arrange for a repair, replacement, or appropriate compensation at our discretion.
    • Customers may be required to return the damaged items or parts for assessment before any resolution can be initiated.
  3. Non-Shipping Related Damage:

    •  Cabinet World Plus is not responsible for any damage or defects that occur after the delivery and are not related to shipping.

Return Process:

  1. Initiating a Return:

    • To request a return for an eligible product, contact us via our email at info@cabinetworldplus.com within 30 days of delivery.
    • Provide your order number and details of the product you wish to return.
  2. Return Approval:

    • Once your return request is approved, you will receive detailed instructions on how to return the product.
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
  3. Inspection and Refund:

    • Upon receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions.
    • If the product is approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.
    • If the product does not meet the return conditions, it will be sent back to the customer, and no refund will be issued.

Cancellation Policy:

  1. Order Alteration or Cancellation:

    • Customers can alter or cancel their order by contacting us via email at info@cabinetworldplus.com.
    • Alterations or cancellations can be made up until the assembly of the cabinets has begun.
    • Once the assembly of the cabinets has started, alterations or cancellations will no longer be possible.

Process for Alteration or Cancellation:

  1. Initiating a Request:

    • To alter or cancel an order, send an email to info@cabinetworldplus.com.
    • Include your order number and detailed information about the changes you wish to make or the reason for cancellation.
  2. Confirmation:

    • Upon receiving your request, our customer service team will confirm the status of your order and notify you if the alteration or cancellation is possible.
    • If the request is made before assembly begins, we will process the alteration or cancellation and provide a confirmation via email.

Refund Policy:

  1. No Refund Policy:

    • Cabinet World Plus maintains a strict no refund policy.
    • All sales are final, and we do not offer refunds on any products, regardless of their condition or packaging status.
  2. Returns and Exchanges:

    • While we do not offer refunds, we do have policies in place for returns and exchanges.
    • For flatpacked and factory sealed products, we offer a 30-day return and exchange policy, provided the product has not been opened, tampered with, or damaged, and the seal is intact.
    • For all other products that are not flatpacked and factory sealed, we have a strict no-return and no-exchange policy.
