1. Overview

These Shipping Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the shipping and delivery of products purchased from Cabinet World Plus ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing products from us, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to these Terms.

2. Local Shipping (Within Washington State)

2.1 Delivery Method

Products will be delivered by Cabinet World Plus.

2.2 Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are determined based on the distance from our warehouse.

2.3 Delivery Time

Delivery typically takes up to two (2) weeks from the date of order confirmation.

2.4 Delivery Range

Local shipping is available to any location within the state of Washington.

2.5 Delivery Location

Products will be delivered to the nearest and most easily accessible covered area at the delivery address provided by the Customer.

2.6 Damage Claims

If the product is damaged upon arrival, the Customer must contact Cabinet World Plus within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and provide proof of damage. Failure to report damages within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

3. National Shipping (Outside Washington State)

3.1 Delivery Method

Products will be shipped via a third-party shipping company.

3.2 Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are based on the rates of the third-party shipping company utilized by Cabinet World Plus.

3.3 Delivery Responsibility

The third-party shipping company is responsible for delivering the product to the curbside of the property at the delivery address provided by the Customer. It is the Customer's responsibility to arrange for the product to be moved inside or to the desired location.

3.4 Damage Claims

Cabinet World Plus is not responsible for any damages incurred to the product by a third-party shipping company. If the product is damaged upon arrival, the Customer must contact Cabinet World Plus within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and provide proof of damage. Upon receiving the claim, Cabinet World Plus will look into the issue and reach out to the Customer with further instructions. Failure to report damages within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.

3.5 Shipping Times

Shipping times may vary based on the third-party shipping company. Cabinet World Plus is not responsible for delays caused by the third-party shipping company.

4. Warehouse Pickup (Will Call)

4.1 Pickup by Appointment Only

Warehouse pickup is available by appointment only. Customers must contact our team to schedule a pickup appointment.

4.2 Order Number Required

Customers must provide the order number at the time of pickup. Without the order number, the product will not be released.

4.3 Safety Note

For safety reasons, no children are allowed in the warehouse during pickup.

5. General Provisions

5.1 Amendments

Cabinet World Plus reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised Terms on our website.

5.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
